The Weinmann "Vainqueur" center pull brake was the competitor
to the immensely popular Mafac center pull line. Although the
concept was fundamentally unchanged, details and markings evolved over the years....

The extremely popular Weinmann 500 side pull.
 A basic unit but high quality and in wide use from the 193os.

The "Carrera" brake was Weinmann's attempt
to have a product on par with the Campagnolo brake.
